Tumor Conference Module

Our Tumor Conference module offers a user-friendly platform with multilingual options that simplifies both the planning and execution of tumor conferences. It involves all stakeholders in the process and manages patient data electronically to ensure traceability and eliminate redundancies.

The following features have been considered in our module:

• Automatic generation of a preview of patients’ diagnoses and therapies for the tumor conference
• Consideration of previous tumor conferences held for patients and their processing status
• Recommendations assigned to responsible departments for further action in their respective calendars
• Easy creation of tumor conference reports for attending physicians

• Reports can be generated in multiple languages (currently: German, English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish)
• Electronic acknowledgment of recommendations by decision-makers
• Freezing of the conference to prevent subsequent changes
• Audit trail for better process traceability

The module offers two patient search options:

• Patients for whom a tumor conference is scheduled
• Patients for whom a tumor conference already exists

Our goal is to simplify processes for all stakeholders involved and facilitate the conduct of virtual meetings.

In addition, all tumor conferences that have already been carried out can be displayed.
