Our tumor conference module offers a user-friendly platform with multilingual options that facilitate both the planning and execution of tumor conferences. All actors involved are included in the process and the administration of patient data is carried out electronically. The aim is to ensure traceability and the avoidance of redundancies.
The following features were taken into account in our module:
- Automatic creation of a preview of patients’ diagnoses and therapies for the tumor conference
- Consideration of the tumor conferences already held for the patients and their processing status
- Recommendations are assigned to the responsible departments’ calendar for further processing
- Easy creation of tumor conference reports for the respective physicians
- Reports can be issued in several languages (currently: German, English, French, Portuguese and Spanish).
- Opportunity for decision makers to take note of the recommendations electronically
- Freeze the conference to prevent subsequent changes
- Audit trail for better traceability of the processes
